I bought this book hoping it would help me utalize the crops I have been getting from my farm share better and help continue a pattern of better eating when it is finished. This book just ended up a big waste of time! If your looking for any type of insight into a better way of eating this is not the place to find it. To sum the book up it pretty much says to eat vegetarian, fruit ripen in the summer (for the most part), not in the winter.... HUGE Disappointment. Went straight into the recycling bin when I was done.
