Absolutely love this video! VERY easy to follow along. Beef & Broccoli is delicious, very happy with this video and hope to try more from this chef!

The directions on this video are very simple to follow and the dishes are simply wonderful. I put the video on and then copy the ingredient list, print it and go to the store. It is a wonderful buy.

If you like Asian dishes this video is a must. His recipe's are so simple. my seven year old now knows how to make shrimp spring rolls...and the beef broccoli with oyster sauce is to die for.
