Eban Schletter's first Christmas album is a concept album. The Christmas Spirit is launched into space, where it is intercepted by a military satellite. The computers on the satellite are confused about what The Christmas Spirit is, but eventually learn to embrace it. The bits with the computers only take up a portion of the album, though. Most of the album features music; there are three quirky original songs (with lyrics) by Schletter and there are instrumental versions of six familiar holiday songs. The instrumentals are performed in a "spacy" style, usually played on theremin or synthesizer. This is a unique, fun Christmas album.
