Editorial Reviews

Review

The Armageddon Machine
'a beautiful story of trust and hope in dark times.' (Tangent)

Live From The Continuing Explosion
'Simon Kewin's affecting, chilling post-9/11 science fiction Live From The Continuing Explosion offers depth enough for drowning.' (TRS2)

Good Vibrations
'a wonderfully, almost surreal choice nibble which explores the pursuit of music through the universe and takes the music hunter to realms not thought possible ... very cool.' (Prism)

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic and disturbing February 15, 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
These stories make you feel. They are absolutely fantastic, and at the same time they completely disturb your sense of what is. My favorite story was "Live from the continuing explosion"

If you are looking for the same cookie-cutter stories you have always read, go somewhere else. These stories are incredibly different... and, well, just incredible.

5.0 out of 5 stars Eccentricities Abound February 3, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
What sets Kewin apart from his contemporaries is the heart he infuses into his science fiction, whether these stories be hundreds of words long or a hundred characters. These tales will linger in your mind long after you've turned off your Kindle for the night. My favorites of the bunch are the first three tales: Terahertz (disturbingly good), wolF emiT (so inventive!), and The Armageddon Machine (a powerful piece). Pick up your copy today!
