Nice to find a good value and good price. The quality was there as well Swanson it a good company.

If you're going to use Echinacea in order to prevent colds, you need to use the kind with goldenseal. The SECOND you feel a cold coming on or any symptom, take 2 every 4 hrs. and sometime in between, take a zinc or a Vit. C ---if you take a zinc this time, next time, Vit. C. I love this product and have been using this for years. However, if you wait even a few hours after feeling a cold coming on, you might still get one.

I liked the Swanson because they had a reduced price and often do.

I had a baby a year ago and have been sick EACH AND EVERY MONTH since. I was looking for something to help ward off sickness, and this works like a charm for me and my husband, who has also been sick a lot this year. When I start getting a sore throat, I take it and it helps me from getting sicker. I've been able to not get sick for now 2 months and I'm so glad. It's not good for my career for me to take so many sick days. This really works!
