They do glow in the dark; and they look really nice in large flower pots. I originally purchased two on sale at Linens & Things and did not pay attention to fact that they glowed at night. When I did realize this, I searched for more and found them on Amazon.com.

Really beautiful art glass with an amazing glow. Perfect along my garden path where it is very dark.

When it arrived the saturn ring was unattached, so I glued it back on.
Otherwise it is sturdy, and a reasonable price.

This was a great gift for my parents. They have a wonderful flower/butterfly garden which they are always adding things too. The illumination affect of this is unbelievable. No batteries or cords, just natural sunlight needed.

I got this as a gift for my favorite astrology hippy friend lol. Its a bit smaller than I expected for the price, but the quality is good. of course it was the size they advertised, but for some reason I got it stuck in my head that it was just a bit bigger. I love the color of the glass in the day time and it has a very relaxing swirly glow at night. I'm actually thinking of getting the larger spheres for my own garden later.

This product states that it glows, however ours never glowed. we had it in the sun all day and it never glowed at night. We are using it as a planter ornament.

Just like others said, it does not glow after the sun goes down, but its too much trouble to send back. Its pretty in the garden.

the yard stakes arrived in a timely manner, unbroken. However they don't glow all that much, despite being in the sun all day long. In that respect, I'm a bit disappointed in them.

This product, though nice to look at in the daytime, does not glow in the dark and never has. It has full sun all day long. The only reason I did not send it back was because I like how the globe looks in our garden.

Product came exactly as expected. Its a gift so I haven't put it to out to see how well it glows or not, but safely and timely arrived so great so far.
