Magical!, November 22, 2000

My husband introduced me to this album in 1995. I absolutely LOVE it. We still own it on Cassette, and it is almost worn out from being played so often; thus, the reason I am buying it for him on CD as a stocking stuffer! It is the most magically soothing and calming recording that I have ever heard. He bought it thinking it was just tribal sounds, but it is actually spoken word, telling of the Native American explanations for many folklore and legends that we still encounter today; for example the Creation of the Universe and Man and why Coyotes howl at night. We listen to it almost every night as we go to bed, and it works wonders after a long stressful day! On a side note, I have been unable to find any albums that are similar to this one. If anybody knows of any, please contact me to let me know! Enjoy this album!
