A much better outing for the Adams,

"Echoes of Yesterday" starts out in June of 1916 when Boots Adams was in France. While there he ment Cecile Lascote, but in war-time peace in short supply. After Boots is wounded and sent home, never to see Cecile again. But unknown to his Cecile has his daughter. It will be many years later until Polly Simms, a woman who is herself in love with Boots will find his daughter Eloise and bring father and daughter back together."Echoes of Yesterday" is the eighth book in the Adams series by Mary Jane Staples and one of its best. |
