I don't notice any difference,

I have used this a couple times with my anxious 6 year old. I don't notice a difference. That's not to say it doesn't work at all, but I don't notice. Maybe I need to use more than the package recommends. I didn't think he would like the taste, but he was ok with it in a cup of water. But he didn't even notice it in a cup of juice. I don't think I would recommend it, but it's so cheap, its worth a shot.
