Eco-88 permanently removes the toughest pet stains & odors plus it completely fragrance free. The only stain and odor treatments available to pet owners have been enzyme type products. It has been proven that enzymes work only in the most ideal of conditions. Eco-88 is not an enzyme, or just another spot remover. With the utilization of oxygen, Eco-88 tears down the odor causing gas molecules to elemental compounds that have no odor, therefore, removing both stains and odors regardless of the condition.

Believe me....This is the best stuff I've ever found for animal odors. You simply spray and walk away. Yes, it's that easy. It will neutralize the animal odors in those corners your male cat focuses on. It also removes the major stains you have on carpet. Just spray it on, rub it in gently (for those bad stains) and then it's clean. Or you may have to do it twice if needed. It's just amazing that it cleans up dark stains on light carpet like I have. One thing I have to say is WASH YOUR HANDS afterwards or the enzymes start going after your fingers from rubbing it in the carpet. Although my daughter said she doesn't have that problem. But really, it's great stuff and I think it's what you've been looking for.

Having used Urine Off, Nature's Miracle, Odo-Ban, and many other odor removal products, I can say Eco-88 is definitely the best. It removes odors and carpet stains I thought I would live with forever. I sprayed it on an old urine stain on a mattress, and the stain and odor completely disappeared. I only wish this product were not so expensive.
