Believe me....This is the best stuff I've ever found for animal odors. You simply spray and walk away. Yes, it's that easy. It will neutralize the animal odors in those corners your male cat focuses on. It also removes the major stains you have on carpet. Just spray it on, rub it in gently (for those bad stains) and then it's clean. Or you may have to do it twice if needed. It's just amazing that it cleans up dark stains on light carpet like I have. One thing I have to say is WASH YOUR HANDS afterwards or the enzymes start going after your fingers from rubbing it in the carpet. Although my daughter said she doesn't have that problem. But really, it's great stuff and I think it's what you've been looking for.

Having used Urine Off, Nature's Miracle, Odo-Ban, and many other odor removal products, I can say Eco-88 is definitely the best. It removes odors and carpet stains I thought I would live with forever. I sprayed it on an old urine stain on a mattress, and the stain and odor completely disappeared. I only wish this product were not so expensive.

This stuff is amazing! I have used 2 bottles of Natures Miracle on my daughters mattress )yes the cat peed on the mattress - oh the smell!) After repeated uses of the Natures Miracle, I went to Ace looking for more Natures Miracle and all they had was Eco 88. I thought it was kind of expensive but had to have SOMETHING. Poured it on and about an hour later walked by my daughters room and could not smell the urine. I will write more later after I am sure about the product but so far THIS Eco 88 is the miracle. I did notice some white stuff on my hands and then read that it was the product. (I poured it on and pushed it into the mattress!)

I had read quite a few positive reviews about how well this product worked, so I decided to give it a try. We had just had new carpet laid in our living room and I wanted to be prepared for some sort of accident if we had one. I have had to use it a couple of times already and it worked just as it said that it would. The stain came up and the carpet color returned back to normal. I would defiantly reccommend to pet owners :)

This product does what it says without a physical workout on the part of the user. Thanks to Eco-88, a very bad smell from a seafood freezer failure was eliminated in short order. We have also used it for animal accidents on large rugs. It's a great product!

I first bought this at a local pet store that has since went out of business. It does a great job removing blood, urine, and feces stains. I was happy to find it on Amazon!

Totally amazed. My addled cat decided to pee *next* to the litterbox instead of *in* it. It took me a week to notice, so she had done quite a job on the carpet in the interim. I thought that I would be looking at total carpet replacement for the room. My boss brought me in a bottle of Eco-88 and, low & behold, it worked. No stain, no odor. I'm totally shocked that anything can get female cat ammonia out. I highly recommend this product.

My husband and I recently rescued a greyhound and it took her a few months to adjust. She was petrified of being left in her crate when we weren't home. She would chew the metal bars until her gums bled everywhere. I got Eco 88 after friends told me how amazing it was. When I got home to all the little pools of blood from her chewing I laid a few paper towels on top of them to soak up the excess. Then I sprayed the areas with Eco 88. Fifteen minutes later I came back into the room and the blood was gone!!! I kid you not, completely gone. My husband and I were thrilled because we rent and knew stained carpet would cost us. Also, if our greyhound ever gets ill and throws up or has an accident there is no stain or odor left behind when we use Eco 88. I also love that it doesn't use any bleaching agents and it's non-toxic. It's been such a life saver!

This product is, in NO WAY, a training aid! All it is is some hydrogen peroxide formula that helps with odors. My cats still mark the exact same spots. That said, odors are as effectively removed with a bleach/water solution on floors and solid surfaces for a tiny fraction of the cost, and a hot water/OxiClean solution for rugs/floors/surfaces. I think the product is grossly overrated for the cost.

Update: I just found that this product bubbles paint! I'm re-rating this from THREE stars to ONE. Never again!
