I just received this book as a gift from my boyfriends sister and WOW WHAT A GREAT READ!! This book is filled with so many useful tips. I learned a lot and was vastly entertained at the same time. I recently checked out the authors website ([...]) and was so excited to see that she also has a great blog. I highly recommend this book to everyone!!

Add it to your go-to list for natural skincare. Filled with beauty advice, from what are the top foods for glowing skin to skincare advice for different skin types, the book is filled with great tips. It's along the lines of the Green Beauty Guide but more compact and fun to read. Worth purchasing even if you have other "eco beauty" books. If you want great eco-beauty advice ASAP check out Christy Coleman's site- lots of great "green beauty" info.
