Okay

I really enjoyed this book. One of the best messages is that natural beauty is real beauty. There are a lot of great resources listed and very practical ideas. I find that wearing natural and organic fabrics makes me feel more comfortable and in harmony. In particular, I feel great when I'm wearing bamboo clothing!
