5.0 out of 5 stars one for each of the family
I ordered one for each of us 5 in the family, so we do not have to use plastic water bottles. Can be put into the dishwasher. Teens like them!

2.0 out of 5 stars Looks Good
Well, this product looks good but after a week of usage I realized, after a session of cleaning that there was a thin film of rust on the inside of the bottle. I contacted the people who I bought it from and they said that they were goning to do there own testing. After a few days the results were the same and returned my money back.

1.0 out of 5 stars STAY AWAY! THE ABSOLUTE WORST BOTTLE!, July 1, 2009

I thought I would be frugal by buying this cheap "stainless" steel water bottle. I was totally [...]. Buyer beware! It is the absolute worst bottle out there. Penny wise dollar foolish! If they had negative stars I would give it. Not only was the lip of the bottle razor sharp, the bottle actually started to rust. How can these people sell such crap! I wouldn't trust the quality of water sitting in it. If you are concerned about safe drinking water, be smart and spend the money on a quality bottle.

3.0 out of 5 stars Water Bottle, January 18, 2009
This review is from: Eco-Friendly Brushed Stainless Steel 700ml Water Bottle - Easy-Carry Carabiner - BPA-Free (Misc.)
A nice strong bottle for the price. The poor quality carabiner chain spoils it (a bit). When I opened the packaging everything was intact but the carabiner chain was rusty and was made of very poor materials, I removed it immediately. All in all a secure cap to keep the water in and safe enough to carry in your Crumpler laptop bag.

The stainless steel surface is very good but can can easily get scratched, The chain attached to the screw-in cap had already scratched the bottle surface. It would be better for the manufacturer to include a tough plastic chain or even a nylon cord or better completely remove the rusty chain and sell the product as is.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not worth buying..., June 27, 2009
I bought two of these water bottles, and both continuously release microscopic metal splinters off of the lip where you drink. I actually got one caught in my lip!

I found them to be poorly made and not worth even their already low price.

Just as it looks, the opening is a little small but a good quality water bottle for the money.

4.0 out of 5 stars A good size water bottle, August 15, 2009

I'm new to metal water bottles, but I like the look and idea of them. This is the best one I've had. It's a pretty good size. I'm still getting used to that bit of metallic taste. I really hate the cap though. It's a screw cap that takes forever to unscrew or put back on. I wish they would come with a "cork-type" cap, like one you just push in and pull out. I also don't like how much the bottle sweats when you put a cold beverage in it. I tried putting an old sock over it to help, but then it just looked ridiculous. Other than the cap and the excessive sweating, it's ok.

3.0 out of 5 stars Okay product, August 14, 2009

Steel water bottle okay, though heated up on an hour long hike. Even though placed in the refrigerator beforehand, water was lukewarm by the time we got back. Really disappointed in that regard, BUT found ice cube trays at the Dollar Store that will make long skinny ice cubes to fit the narrow opening of the bottle. I have hope! Also, it would be nice if once you unscrew the lid, there was a ring around the neck to have it attached to. Forget a rubber band, zip tie maybe? Haven't used it other than the one time due to those issues. Nalgene bottle is a lot easier to use.
