Award-winning Author Melvia Miller is an educator and environmental activist. She specializes in "multi-cultural" approaches to education -- coupled with empowering messages. She has also specialized in designing instructional materials based upon BLACK HISTORY and cultural issues. Having also worked as a training manager for several large corporations, she gained a lot of expertise in developing methods, lessons and presentations, which she calls: EDUTAINMENT-- the concept of "more effective and enjoyable training." Her goals include helping to empower others -- to be healthier, wealthier and wiser. A college graduate who has worked in major corporations and taught in many schools, she has developed ways to spice up classes and make learning more enjoyable.
