These things break down and the there's no one to service them. The customer service is basically useless. I bought mine two years ago and it's stopped working already. I agree that it's a great concept if there was a real company behind these products but there's no support whatsoever when your unit stops working. You're just are left alone in the wilderness at that point. If you check, the initial two five star reviews are obviously fake and are connected to the company. This one item is the only thing they have ever reviewed.

I have had one for several months now and just purchased another for my mother in law. It is incredible to have. The water is delicious. I have never had any problems with it. It is fantastic to have it in case of emergency but I feel better giving my children the water from it as it filters out all of the chemicals and pharmaceuticals that regular water has. I highly recommend this product.

The water produced by this machine was the purest and most delicious tasting water we've ever had!
