After months of use I haven't noticed any difference... But then how would a person really know if they dodged a cold or a cold was less severe than it otherwise would have been? I can say that this is nowhere in the same league as antibiotics or real pharmaceuticals for treating real problems. At high consistent doses it might have a mild effect at best.
