Excellent macroinvertebrate reference book,
By A Customer
This review is from: Ecology and Classification of North American Freshwater Invertebrates (Hardcover)
I found this book to be an excellent reference source for me as a field biologist. The chapters contain background information for each family along with drawings and a chapter outline. I can compare the specimens I've collected to the drawings and descriptions in the book with confidence. A very useful reference for the field biologist.

Great, but......,

This review is from: Ecology and Classification of North American Freshwater Invertebrates (Hardcover)
The book is the one that I was looking for, however, the seller said it was like new with no marks. When I went through the book, there were underlined portions throughout and the pages were coming off the binding. I rated it 5 stars for the content itself as this is a great book for any who want to key out macrobenthics, but the seller needs to have a better description of their items.
