I bought 12 pair. They are very good units for the money, but my 12 pair came from two different production runs. One run extends about 3/4" more than the others, which I found out AFTER installing them and noticing that some drawers extended farther, and two drawers twisted to one side at the ends of their runs because they had a slide from each batch and one side wanted to go further than the other side. Close inspection revealed that some slides were stamped with a certain number, while the others had a different number. The two groups differed in the internal bearing holder; one group had a shorter one. It's not a huge deal, but it would be nice if the reseller did not mix batches. Check your order and sort accordingly.

I've paid more for drawer slides that were no better then these. The more expensive products may have some advantage over these slides but it is not not obvious to me. In the past I purchased 6 pair of the 22" slides and 4 pair of the 18". They have performed without any problems. This time I order 8 pair of the 16". I recommend them and will purchase them again.

We bought these for a couple of nightstands that my husband built. I was surprised of the excellent quality of these slides, given the price we paid for them here on Amazon. We had to purchase 12 slides, so we did our research. Other slides of this caliber are more expensive anywhere else. These are very heavy duty, slide smoothly and without hesitation. When the next project is built and it comes time to buy more slides, I will definitely buy these again.

These are great slides and the price is amazing. They work great and are fairly heavy duty.
