Easy To Read,

A book by academics but written in a way that the everyday manager can understand. A good basic primer for those in the nonprofit sector. I first read it in `96, and have bought copies for all my entry level managers since then. Good stuff.

Excellent primer for front-line managers who want to incorporate basic econoomic thinking into their organizations. An absolute must if your organization is beginning to transition to a lean 21st century nonprofit.
