Forced abortions. Mass sterilization. A "Planetary Regime" with the power of life and death over American citizens.

The tyrannical fantasies of a madman? Or merely the opinions of the person now in control of science policy in the United States? Or both?

These ideas (among many other equally horrifying recommendations) were put forth by John Holdren, whom Barack Obama has recently appointed Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, Assistant to the President for Science and Technology, and Co-Chair of the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology -- informally known as the United States' Science Czar. In this book Holdren co-authored in 1977, the man now firmly in control of science policy in this country wrote that:

* Women could be forced to abort their pregnancies, whether they wanted to or not;

* The population at large could be sterilized by infertility drugs intentionally put into the nation's drinking water or in food;

* Single mothers and teen mothers should have their babies seized from them against their will and given away to other couples to raise;

* People who "contribute to social deterioration" (i.e. undesirables) "can be required by law to exercise reproductive responsibility" -- in other words, be compelled to have abortions or be sterilized.

* A transnational "Planetary Regime" should assume control of the global economy and also dictate the most intimate details of Americans' lives -- using an armed international police force.

Impossible, you say? That must be an exaggeration or a hoax. No one in their right mind would say such things. [...]

1.0 out of 5 stars EVIL, EVIL, EVIL!, December 8, 2009
By
This review is from: Ecoscience: Population, Resources, Environment (Paperback)
This is from a World Net Daily article written by Jerome S. Corsi,

Holdren co-authored with Malthusian population alarmist Paul R. Ehrlich and Ehrlich's wife, Anne. The authors argued involuntary birth-control measures, including forced sterilization,
may be necessary and morally acceptable under extreme conditions, such as widespread famine brought about by "climate change."

On page 786, the authors wrote that one way to discourage illegitimate childbearing "might be to insist that all illegitimate babies be put up for adoption - especially those born to minors who generally are not capable of caring properly for a child alone."

Alternatively, the authors suggested unwed mothers might place their babies up for adoption, writing: "If a single mother really wished to keep her baby, she might be obliged to go through adoption proceedings and demonstrate her ability to support and care for it."

While observing that government-imposed coercive measures should be considered "only if milder measures fail completely," the authors acknowledged extreme ecological situations could justify governmental intervention with coercive population control measures.

"It would even be possible to require pregnant single women to marry or have abortions, perhaps as an alternative to placement for adoption, depending on the society," they write.

The authors' wish to control births to unwed and teenage mothers appears to derive from their concern that overpopulation leads to "general social deterioration."

For instance, on page 838, they wrote the following: "If some individuals contribute to general social deterioration by overproducing children, and if the need is compelling, they can be required by law to exercise reproductive responsibility - just as they can be required to exercise responsibility in their resource-consumption patterns - providing they are not denied equal protection." (Italics in original text.)

Nor do the authors see any constitutional protection for the right to bear children.

"Some people - respected legislators, judges, and lawyers included - have viewed the right to have children as a fundamental and inalienable right," the authors continued on page 838. "Yet neither the Declaration of Independence nor the Constitution mentions a right to reproduce."

In a similar fashion, the authors argued that a right to privacy did not extend to an unlimited right to have children, elaborating on page 838 that, "Where the society has a 'compelling, subordinating interest' in regulating population size, the right of the individual may be curtailed. If society's survival depended on having more children, women could be required to bear children, just as men can constitutionally be required to serve in the armed forces. Similarly, given a crisis caused by overpopulation, reasonably necessary laws to control excessive reproduction could be enacted."

The article goes on. You all get the point. Don't take my word for it, research yourself!!
This stuff is real and they (the Globalists) DO WANT YOU DEAD!

1.0 out of 5 stars RE: James Sposto, April 9, 2011
This review is from: Ecoscience: Population, Resources, Environment (Paperback)
Oh really Mr. Sposto? is this just fear mongering? Some of the proposed measures in the book have already been implemented. Not many know that even here in America approximately 40% of Native American women were sterilized without their consent after giving birth in the 1970's. Also an unknown number of black women. Of course this won't be taught in schools anytime soon. The line of thought of people like John. P. Holdren is no different than the much admired George Bernard Shaw winner of an Oscar and a Nobel prize who supported the killing of the unproductive and was a huge advocate for the creation of the "humane" gas like Zyklon-B. His interviews can be found on youtube. It is doctors and intellectuals like Holdren and Ehlrich that would have marched right on with Hitler.

Compulsory sterilizations is also in full force right now in other countries like Uzbekistan

1.0 out of 5 stars Eugenics under new names: malthusianism and ecology, December 2, 2011
By
Dalton C. Rocha (Fortaleza, CE, Brazil.) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Ecoscience: Population, Resources, Environment (Paperback)
Here in Brazil, I tried to read online this trash-book. This book support not just abortion, but its imposition to women with undesirable characters; mainly poverty. Beyond doubt this is a Eugenics' book, book but Eugenics has new names in this book: malthusianism and ecology. In this trash-book, "Inferior race" is called "over population" and Eugenics is called malthusianism and ecology.

4.0 out of 5 stars An Orwellian nightmare Holdren & U.N. Agenda 21 intends for America, August 1, 2011
By
M. Berthoud (Olympia, WA United States) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
This review is from: Ecoscience: Population, Resources, Environment (Paperback)
Some reviewers are saying '...can't happen..' others say...some are already in place...'
Yes, some are already in place but where did they come from? Most of Holdren's "suggestions" were implemented by the United Nations in 1991 under Agenda 21. Look it up, Goggle it! This social engineering is being interjected into our country's regulatory system circumventing our Constitutional Rights under the warm and fuzzy names of "sustainable development" and "green and slimy"; oops I mean "green and leafy" to take away our freedom and rights.
Some of the things that are considered "not sustainable" by U.N. Agenda 21 and Holdren and must go are:

ski runs, Single Family Homes, Grazing of Livestocks, Private Transportation,
Disturbance of soil surfaces, Harvesting Timber, Fencing of Pastures & Paddocks,
Logging Activities, Agriculture, Fossil Fuels, Modern Farm Production,
Dams & Reservoirs, Power Line Const, Chemical Fertilizers, Herbicides,
Building Mat'l, Inappropriate Social Structures (ie.religion), Industrial Activities,
Paved roads, railroads, Floor & wall tiles, Aquaculture,
PRIVATE PROPERTY, POPULATION GROWTH, CONSUMERISM, Tech improvements,
Farmlands/Rangelands, Sewer, Drain systems; Pipelines, FISHERIES,
Fish Ponds, Land use that serves Human needs, Golf courses,
Synthetic drugs, Modern hunting, scuba diving, and the list goes on.

Think it sounds Orwellian... well it's what the U.N. and Holdren intend for America. Check it out yourself!

5.0 out of 5 stars Eugenics and You, August 27, 2009
This review is from: Ecoscience: Population, Resources, Environment (Paperback)
Rated five stars for a must read in the pursuit to be informed and aware as to the enemy.

I've confronted the eugenics movement firsthand so I'm naturally concerned. You would be too if you knew what they are trying to force onto you.

Entropy is prevalent in all systems and in greater degrees without the addition of work to combat the chaos. The chaos being the greedy, malicious, domineering entity known as The New World Order.[...]

"Posterity! You will never know how much it cost the present Generation to preserve your Freedom! I hope you will make good use of it. If you do not, I shall repent in Heaven, that I ever took half the Pains to preserve it."

1.0 out of 5 stars This guy is a monster, June 5, 2011
This review is from: Ecoscience: Population, Resources, Environment (Paperback)
Per one reviewer's (Sposto) comments (s)he even claims that (sh)he would only allow "responsible" people to reproduce. Well, who is (s)he to determine who is "responsible" to have children? I pray that (s)he does not have any children, since those children will be brought up with the mentality that they are entitled to determine my best interests. You don't even know me, so how can you determine my *best* interest, let alone how I or my kids will affect the world?

JP Holdren is a monster and wants to determine how you live, if you are worthy. Again, IF you are worthy.

Remember, this monster is in the administration of a (possibly) ineligible "president" (see Jerome Corsi's book "Where is the Birth Certificate").

In fact some of the "proposals" set forth in this drivel is being implemented (just look up "geoengineering", i.e. chemtrails; chemicals in the water, i.e. fluoride and statins; forced abortion - see China; and I could go on...)

They want to control YOU, including if you wish to/should/can have children: the innocent, the future of the world. YOU means anyone bothering to read this, since those "in the loop" know all this, and will not need to read this garbage. These evil "people" want total control over YOU.

These are not ravings of "freshly minted PhD's" but are the policy of your government.

Read this book to become aware but don't fall for the lies.

5-stars for telling the truth about what they want to do to us *thankfully* but 0-stars (or negative infinity) for being so evil.

4.0 out of 5 stars If you give a crap you should find a copy online and give this a read, August 12, 2011
By
This review is from: Ecoscience: Population, Resources, Environment (Paperback)
So many negative reviews and false complaints that this book is just about global eugenics. This book is over 1,600 pages long! The majority of this book was more about educating the reader how we must live in balance with the earth to preserve a good quality of life. Many first world people waste and are spoiled who live for today with little regard how their lives added up will affect the quality of life for future generations. I think global elite in control are stripping many first world people of various resources to give third world people a chance at a better life. Many first world people do not realize this because they are still falsely propped up with government handouts they feel entitled to. Some first world people are waking up and are getting scared. I can see why the global elite have to resort to subversive means to get people to stop living outside of their means, lives of excess, and having so many kids they can't afford. I do not want to pay taxes for welfare of you or your kids anymore. It's the responsible thing for the global elite to do to preserve the earth and well-being of humanity when people choose not to listen or change. They are just too dam Snooki stupid and Lady Gaga-ed out. Most of you want to keep on living in ways that on a mass level add up and are are significantly destructive to the earth and humanity in the the long-term. SHAME ON MANY OF YOU!

I think they should make towers of powers. Skyscraper buildings in cities that house those who can't or choose not to work and take care of themselves. These buildings should have vertical gardens and farms and the people who live in modest apartments in these buildings should work full-time in the building as gardeners or farmers or cooks or servers or cleaners or security, etc. These would be self-sustaining buildings where you live and work and where they have the basics people would need and want (e.g. medical, clothing store, groceries, gym, recreation room, day care, schools, community buses for local trips time to time, etc) and these would offer further employment opportunities. People could be trained for these positions if they do not have skills. In suburban areas there can be similar things on a smaller scale. No more would people sit on their butts watching TV or surfing the net all day and popping out kids they want others to pay for. People will work for their food, shelter, and medical. Of course, disabled people are another story. They could subsidize some in to these towers and it could provide more jobs for people to be health aids or nurses, etc to care for them. Think "Towers of Power." People who choose to live this way can stay together and keep getting their cheese but live in self-running buildings where they can be proud of themselves and work for their room and board.

Man and woman up! No more riots to fill out section 8 applications. You can all have a room(s) and board (and a small stipend for basic needs and wants and some for savings) depending on your family size and what you will contribute in your time and effort. People should work until they are disabled or die so you can keep life-long security of your shelter, food, and medical care. Of course you can get modest holiday, sick, and vacation days off (that increase in time). A body and mind in action stays in action. The only people who can't get this are the ones too stupid to wake up and change or the ones who do not want to change because they do not care. The types who can have pet mice and let the reproduce like crazy until their cage is inhabitable or they cannibalize each other (if not for them, then ruined for future generations). I don't know why people cannot see resources are not infinite and have any respect for other people (future generations). Hang onto your conspiracy theories so you do not have to change at all but you are not facing reality and thinking wisely and for the future as well. It is the right thing to do. If it was my mice and space and water and food and bedding were limited because I am on a budget and money does not grow on trees...you bet I will sterilize some of the ones making too many babies to keep balance. If you do not want to be treated like animals then stop behaving like them and use your heads and think and be part of the solution or you will get what you deserve. In fact, people should get some pay to get sterilized (especially the poor) and if they can break through poverty, they should be able to get the procedure temporarily reversed for one to two children (or they can adopt illegally born children from fugitive parents). The more you just deny things and fight (even riot) to let the earth and human life go down the drain (especially for future generations), the more you push global elites to do it in subversive ways. They are thinking the big picture, not the little person's selfish "temper tantrum" limited view.

1.0 out of 5 stars an impressive genocide manual, August 13, 2010
This review is from: Ecoscience: Population, Resources, Environment (Paperback)
THIS BOOK WAS WRITTEN BY JOHN HOLDREN NOT Paul R. Ehrlich! This is a manual for mass murder in global scales. This book basically talks about depopulation and advocates sterilization by way of using infertility drugs in water and food as well as forced abortions. Interesting enough the author John Holdren is now Obama's science and technology adviser, also the co-chairman of a new council called NATIONAL OCEAN COUNCIL MEMBERS.
