I ordered this purse on Aug. 3rd for a Sept. 1st wedding and received notice the next day that it had been shipped. I noticed on Aug. 8th that in the "orders" section of my account that it was scheduled to arrive between "Aug. 28 and Sept. 13" which didn't make sense, so I contacted the seller, who responded the same day. I was told that it had been shipped from China and that shipping time was "7-14 days" - well, it arrived via the USPS on Sept. 19th, 47 days after I placed the order (when I ordered, there was no indication that it was to be shipped from outside the country)! Meanwhile, I had to buy another purse for the wedding and had every intention of sending the purse back if and when it arrived. After it came yesterday, I went to the seller's storefront page to look at their return policy and saw that someone (whose purse had a defect) had very recently posted that they were told by the seller that it would cost about $20 to return the purse to China! Of course, I won't spend $20 to ship back a $29 purse, especially since I would have no guarantee that it would ever be delivered in China. The purse itself is pretty and functional, though if you look at it at all closely, it's clear that it's not of the highest quality - for example, the metal (plastic?) around the opening is marred and slightly dented-looking, the clasp is on a little bit crookedly and there is stitching showing in some places that's clearly supposed to be hidden by beading. The three stars refer strictly to the purse quality for the money spent.
