We have a tub with a skid-proof bottom with millions of little groves for soap scum to cling to, which it did. In fact, when we moved into our home a few years ago, the bottom of the tub wasn't clean, and I really thought it was just stained. I had tried many harsh products on the tub, letting it soak for long periods of time, but nothing worked.

After my son was born, I started reading about all the harmful chemicals we bring into our home and vowed to switch to "green" cleaning products. I bought this to try in our tub and was simply AMAZED. I sprayed it on the tub and walked away for maybe 15 minutes, and voila! I barely scrubbed, and the tub came clean!

My mom is a clean freak and had cleaned my tub before, also without luck. When I showed her the results, she went out and bought this product for herself! This is one of those green products that works much better than the conventional ones for sure.

Besides the fact that it works, the scent is really nice. I like not having to plan cleaning around when my son can be far away from where I'm cleaning.

I don't like the smell, but it's good for cleaning mildew. I spray it in the cracks and corners of my tub and leave it. After about a week, the grout is almost white. I hate cleaning and that works good enough for me.

It really does work! I spray it on, the foam moves down the shower door and you can immediately see the lime-scale disappear. If I use a microfiber cloth with the foam, it's crystal clear. Removed the toughest stains on my front windows where the sprinklers hit it every day. Nice pleasant low odor. Highly recommend. I bought a case.

UPDATE May 2010: I just moved into a new house. The shower doors had at least a year's worth of calcium/limescale buildup, maybe two. It took several rounds, but this stuff took most of it off. I found for really really thick limescale buildup, a combination of one round of Lysol GEL toilet cleaner, then 2-3 round of ecover works the best.

I did not find this product to be any better or worse than other lime remover products. We have apartments that sometimes need serious cleaning and this just doesn't do it. I'll continue to hunt for a product that works really well. PROS: (1)Environmentally friendly (2) Sprays out as almost a foam, so it doesn't just run off -- it stays put. CONS: (1) No matter which of the six bottles I try, I always end up with a little that has leaked out on my hand after spraying. (2) Doesn't really clean the tough stuff.

I have hard water and have tried a lot of natural limescale remover products - this is the one that really works.

I cleaned my shower with this. This does remove not only limescale, but also work very well with mildew. I sprayed the shower, left it for a couple of hours, used a brush to clean off. The shower became very clean and white. This soap is very gentle to hands or feet. Other soap used to irritate my skin if my skin touched the soap while cleaning.

I've tried many, many products to clean my shower doors. This product cleans just as well as those other chemically infused products. The difference is I don't need the latex gloves and gas mask! Love, love, love it! Even my cleaning people were shocked that a natural, green product works so well. And they see it all!!
