I couldn't put this book down. We've all heard of the Love of God but John Crowder puts it in such a way that you won't ever forget it. I highly recommend this book. You won't ever be the same.

This hit me as I was reading this book "Jesus knew how to throw a party". The first miracle of Christ reveals this to us. Ecstacy in Christ is more than defined for us in this book. It does come from the merry-making love of Jesus in us. Do you know the distinguisahing marks of ecstasy as a believer? The writings of this improtant and timly book directs our hearts to a deeper, closer relationship of ecstasy with our Lord. The writings are solidly biblically-based. The author directs us to a life of revival in our hearts so that the change that comes within allow us to have "fun", yes fun, living with our Lord Jesus while growing spiritually. Waves of God's glory reaches us for His special life within us.

John Crowder's "The Ecstasy of Loving God" explores the supernatural and mystical experiences of divine encounters with God. It is a clarion call to become equipped and outfitted for the spiritual battles ahead.

Openly honest and brutally frank, John communicates a message of revival, mysticism, and revelation. Using the vernacular of today's drug culture Crowder presents a radical bold message of present day resurrection power.

Crowder goes on to encapsulate the way of ecstatic prayer, its stages, distinguishing marks, and supernatural phenomena. In the final chapters Crowder reviews the history of the Great Awakening, discusses martyrdom, and end times revival.

"The Ecstasy of Loving God" is an important book for anyone wanting to know more of the heart of God, develop a life of contemplative prayer, or practice the presence of God. This message is clearly an invitation to all believers to "embrace the finished work of the cross" and to visit the heavenlies.

If you are searching to know God in a more intimate relationship this book will encourage you. Get ready to leave behind "old wine skins" and move from glory to glory. The author teaches and encourages believers to love Jesus above all else. He encourages believers to rely on God's presence and glory to use our gifts to heal and reach a lost world etc. He uses scripture and personal testimony to teach believers how to fix ourselves on the glory of God, not the results of works.

This book is a great book for anyone wanting to get closer to God. The teachings in this book are deep and very life changing. I would recommend it to anyone.

One of the best Christian books I have read in recent years. I loved it from start to finish. It totally challenged my religious mindsets, but spurred me on to pursue the joy, pleasure and freedom that is my birthright in Christ. I have bought copies for my friends and they love it too.

My copy of "Ecstasy of Loving God" is bleeding yellow highlighter. Every day I take it with me to restaurants and read selections because I want to keep John's perceptions before me until I reach the ecstasy of loving God. John gives us plenty of historical information on the Holy Ghost movements in the "church," but he also gives plenty of information on the next steps for those of us who already have the baptism in the Holy Ghost. Crowder has made my spiritual goals clearer.."Be ye filled with the Spirit." Be ye filled and STAY filled! Be ye filled and spread it around! If you are tired of where you are in the Holy Ghost, get this book and get a fresh anointing!

This is no boring read. This book is an adventure. It is an adventure through the lives of mystics and into the heart of God. Get ready for a life changing read. Get ready to have your mind blown apart. This book will create a hunger in you for fullness of life. Get ready to start seeing and relating to God in ways you dreamt about but didn't really believe were possible.

This is one of my most favorite books!! Every time I read it, I get drunk in the Spirit on His love. wow wow wow.

It is an awesome book. Every library needs it. I read it already but plan to start all over again. It confirms what I already knew in my heart and taught me many things I did not know about the ecstacy of loving God. Thank you, John Crowder for writing this book!
