Content is 5 stars.Slow reading due to presentation.I would have preferred to have terms defined, better and material presented in more simple terms. Words she is VERY fond of,like 'positionality',and holigram, left me wondering how she definded them.There is dictionary of terms in the back, but it was of only limited use.She makes you work for the information, on this book, but it's worth the effort.

I AM CURRENTLY RE READING THIS BOOK, IT IS SO FULLL OF INCREDIBLE INFORMATION. MY WHOLE BODY SHIVERS AND TWITCHES AS I READ IT. SHE EXPLAINS THE DIFFERENT BODIES THAT MAKE UP OUR EXPERIENCE. THE PHYSICAL BODY,WHAT OUR SOUL SELECTS AS THE VEHICLE IN WHICH TO HAVE OUR INTERACTIONS, THE MENTAL BODY, WHICH CONTROLS THE PHYSICAL BODY AND CAN ACT AS A TREMONDOUS BLOCK OR BRIDGE DEPENDING ON HOW IT IS USED TO FURTHER SPRIRITUAL PROGRESS, THE SPRIRITUAL BODY,THE UNMANIFEST PART OF OURSELVES WHAT WE RECOGNIZE IN OTHERS, LIKE WHEN WE FIRST MEET SOMEONE AND KNOW WE KNOW THEM,AND THE EMOTIONAL BODY, THE STICKY AND MOST EARTH BOUND PART OF HUMANS. THE EMOTIONAL BODY KNOWS NO SENSE OF TIME OF SPACE IT IS COMPLETELY SELF SEFFECIENT AND CAN ONLY BE ACCESSED BY THE SPIRITUAL BODY, AND SO IT IS UP TO US TO BECOME AWARE ENOUGH TO QUICKEN OUR FREQUENCY SO THAT THE EMOTIONAL BODY CAN LIGHTEN AND RELEASE THE INFINITE AMOUNT OF PAIN AND ANGER AND EXPERIENCE THAT IS HELD THERE, TO COME INTO THE LIGHT. THERE IS SO MUCH IN THIS BOOK, COSMIC ORGASM, ASTRAL ENERGETICS,THE UNENDING PULSATION OF LIFE AND DEATH, AND THAT AS WE PROCEED THAT TOO WILL BECOME UNNECESSARY FOR OUR GROWTH. A STUNNING AND YES VERY CHALLENGING BOOK, VERY VERY VERY MUCH WORTH THE EFFORT.
