As a person with a Maya archaeological backround, using the maya statues and pictures out of context was annoying. The writing was so easy that I wondered who the targeted audience was.
Other than that, it's an interesting book, many postures to try. So far, I haven't had any luck with the postures that my age and arthritis will allow, but I haven't stopped trying. |
