A Healthy Fix!, July 26, 2009
This review is from: Ecuadorian Truly Raw Cacao Nibs, Organic, Raw, 16oz - Pacari (Health and Beauty)
These organic, raw cacao nibs are awesome mixed into vanilla ice cream. Yes, they are crunchy, but is that a bad thing? And no, ice cream might not be a health food, but at least you're incorporating a little more health into your diet if you add the nibs to your junk food. Better than nothing.
Who knows- you might eventually become a hard-core like me. I add these cacao nibs to my sprouted grains in the morning, along with some dried fruits and nuts, to get a nutritious wallop of antioxidants, minerals, and other intangibles that make life healthy.
I also mix the nibs into a mix of Tropical Traditions' Coconut Cream Concentrate, pecans, dates, and raisins. It makes a tasty coconut bark that even my non-health-food-freak friends enjoy.
I highly recommend these, and the price is decent.

eh.., November 3, 2011
This review is from: Ecuadorian Truly Raw Cacao Nibs, Organic, Raw, 16oz - Pacari (Health and Beauty)
These are not labeled as certified organic. They are in tiny little pieces, and don't taste very fresh. I think I will try something that I can be sure is legit next time.

Don't shun cocao nibs until you try them whole, February 9, 2011
This review is from: Ecuadorian Truly Raw Cacao Nibs, Organic, Raw, 16oz - Pacari (Health and Beauty)
I ordered these for someone special and being that he never had these before, I was disappointed when a bag of crumbs arrived. Granted being that I have only had whole nibs before, I did not know what to expect with "pieces". These are not pieces but crumbs. The only thing I can see doing with these is throwing them into something unless you want a handful of crumbs to munch on. In the future I will only order them whole. I cannot rate the taste as I am returning them but from what others have said, it does not sound like a loss anyway.
