I'm an Eddie Bauer fan for years. That's why I'm so disappointed with this vertical upright. One of the straps broke when we got to the airport on the very first time we used it. When we returned from the trip, one side of the handle of the upright broke. The one star I gave was for the color and the wheels. Alas...I have not bought anything Eddie Bauer eversince.
