This the best! Cleanhead and Roomful. I was lucky enough to see these guy's play together live. Nobody can back a R&B singer like Roomful. The joy of their live sets carries over to this studio recording. Right from the opening number, the Cootie Williams instrumental "house of joy", you know the band means business. There's not a weak moment on this set,and it's nice to Cleanhead still was putting out quality music almost 40 years into his career. Highly recommended.
