This is a wonderful product , Naturally low in fat no saturated and a multible use product. Can be used just with butter or sauce or used as a add in for soup and other product.
These work well with some knorr products.

I eat this all the time to fill out Indian food. It is what we call in our house. . . . excellent lunch.

We enjoy this pasta and use it in various ways. I really like to use it for pasta salad. The kids really like it and the shape is easy for little ones to grab. Good taste and good quality pasta product.

At only 200 calories, 2 grams of fiber, and 7 grams of protein per serving (and a serving size that is a more realistic 3/4 cup dry), bite-for-bite you get more nutrients for your buck. I wish Amazon would have ALL their products in stock!

For almost nine years I've followed an eating plan called Eat For Your Type. Foods are classified by beneficial, neutral and avoid. Durham wheat, whole wheat, tomatoes and other goodies are no-no's for me and let me tell you trying to find pasta that that don't have those ingredients is no easy deal. I found Eddie's pasta and it was perfect!!! However, it's not easy to find. How excited I was to find I can order it here! It is a great pasta. The colors add so much the prepared dish. I love it!!!
