5.0 out of 5 stars Divinity Destroyed. ...:), March 2, 2006
This review is from: Eden in Ashes (Audio CD)
This band..... is simply amazing. If you want to listen to a band that does something that hasnt been done or at least done well then divinity destroyed is your band. They will for-fill all open minded metal heads looking for something new from the old boring Rawr Rawr Rawr. A band with meaning, talent , direction, originality. This band got me into something more. It got me wanting bands that out do them selfs.

5.0 out of 5 stars If you like very non-orthodox styles..., June 13, 2005
This review is from: Eden in Ashes (Audio CD)
Yes, Divinity Destroyed is very non-structured when it comes to their music. Overall, it combines common elements (guitar, keyboard, vocal, and so forth) but in a unique manner. I have heard nothing like this, and I love most of their songs. Some might find it too unusual to like, but if you're open-minded, you'll like it.

A unique band that can contrast many aspects of heavy music with overall melody. Some very talented song writing in this. It is also nice to see a good band not taking themselves too seriously and still getting respect ;P

5.0 out of 5 stars The best damn CD you ever saw, baby buttons., March 30, 2005
This review is from: Eden in Ashes (Audio CD)
I have this CD. I enjoy it very much. You'll enjoy it too. I'd compare it to some other band, to give you a general idea of what you might be purchasing, but Divinity Destroyed pretty much has their own kind of thing going on there. It different. Different in an excellent way, obviously. You like different, dont you? Of course.

5.0 out of 5 stars Woo hoo!, March 30, 2005
This review is from: Eden in Ashes (Audio CD)
OK, I'm from Alabama if that means anything - but after hearing some of their stuff, I bought all of these guys albums directly from the band before they ever got a record contract. This album is FANTASTIC, and I'm very excited to see that they've finally gotten a record deal.

If you're a metal fan, buy this album. If you have a friend who's a metal fan, buy him this album. If you have a friend of a friend... well, you get the point. Yes, DD is that good.

5.0 out of 5 stars Divinity Destroyed- Eden in Ashes, March 30, 2005
This review is from: Eden in Ashes (Audio CD)
Ocean county natives finally score a record deal.
This band are pioneers in metal today. The album contains everything from native american music, to deep emotional lyrics, to heavy riffs. With Mark's angelic voice, and toms deep growl, the band is a perfect harmony of yin and yang. Buy this or you will regret it in a few years, when this band takes over the rock sceen as metal gods, and punk legends. You WILL NOT REGRET THE PURCHASE OF THIS ALBUM, and its cheep! also includes guest musicians BEYOND THE FLESH!
