I make excellent soups and salads with it especially when I have limitted time to cook.
This is a great product, healthy, low sodium, great taste... from the only manufacturer in the US which does not use cans lined with a Bisphenol A epoxy.
I have tried the pinto beans, black beans, kidney beans and garbanzo beans and I love them all.
