Delicious seeds in snack size bags. Great price versus what you pay at the grocery! Lightly salted with sea salt, dry roasted, organic, with no shells on the seeds.

Great tasting, these have a more 'nutty' flavor than when I roast my own seeds. Also gone is the slight aftertaste. These are delicious, and taste somewhat similar to sunflower seeds and peanuts.

I took these to a 3rd grade harvest party where the snacks included donut holes, cupcakes and juice bags. When the party was over the only requests for leftovers was for the pumpkin seeds. Kids actually passed over the sugary treats for these seeds!

These are organic, lightly salted and dry roasted, in description they were what I was looking for, what I didn't like is that some of the bags had rancid pumpkin seeds. Not all, to be fair, but some of them when I opened a bag, the pumpkin seeds tasted rancid. While at the same time of ordering these, I had raw organic pumpkin seeds (from a different site), one can taste the huge difference in freshness. I am sure that some bags were not as fresh as other bags in the same box, because, THEY TASTED DIFFERENT!!

I recently had a chance to try these and I thought they were quite good. I have had plain pumpkin seeds many times before (I buy them for baking and granola and sometimes I eat a few), but plain, raw pumpkin seeds are kind of a bland snack. Something about the dry roasting done to these really improves the flavor and texture.

These are salted, but it's very light salt -- enough to get a taste, but they only have 100 mg of sodium per serving. I love the simplicity of the ingredients list: organic pumpkin seeds and sea salt. That's it!

I will definitely be getting more of these; I've been trying to incorporate more nuts and seeds into my diet. They're super high in protein (10 g in one serving) and fiber (5 g in one serving), plus they have healthy plant fats, are cholesterol free, and have high levels of iron, phosphorus, magnesium, and zinc, as well as some potassium.

Because one serving does have 200 calories, it's probably best to carefully measure out your servings instead of eating right out of the bag.

I love the David's pumpkin seeds in the shell, but they are so salty that if I eat more than a few, I feel awful. I also used to love a granola that came with pumpkin seeds as part of the mix, but the manufacturer recently started adding lots of "evaporated cane juice" to it. Having lost 28 pounds in the last year by exercising, reducing my carb intake and eating more whole grains, I was very disappointed!

I ordered these in the hope of adding them to muesli or eating them as a snack. They are excellent. Lightly salty, nutty in flavor. Yes, they are high in calorie, but you don't need to eat so many to be satisfied.

Eden's pumpkin seeds are the best example of marketing and misleading shoppers with claims like organic, without USDA Organic certification stamp on the labelling. Eden claims ""a low sodium snack"" when it has added sodium in comparison to raw pumpkin seeds with zero sodium, no sodium at all sold by many other producers with USDA Organic certification on their labelling. Eden claims ""Women like magnesium and men appreciate the zinc"" when infact if you check supplements sold over the counter, magnesium happen to be highest supplements sold anywhere, purchased by as many females as males since magnesium is an important mineral and difficult to increase in blood stream since magnesium requires stomach acid for absorption and after a full meal, stomach acid is busy digesting food and may not be available to help absorb magnesium in food. Furthermore magnesium is an alkaline mineral and acts like an antacid where taken with meals, it may neutralize stomach acid and impair digestion. The same goes for zinc, a very important mineral in human body, needed regardless of the sex since zinc is an essential mineral which boosts the immune system, helps with treating the common cold and recurrent ear infections, and preventing lower respiratory infections. It is also used for malaria and other diseases caused by parasites. Eden claims "Organically grown double certified" with no legitimate certification anywhere on the labelling. All those at something like $13 a pound...

Seeds, nuts and fish are great source of minerals and nutrients in my diet. For vitamins I rely on vegetables and fruits.

I love pumpkin seeds but have stayed away because so many have too much sodium for me. The Eden Organic seeds are dry roasted out of the shell and have only 100mg of sodium in a quarter cup serving. This is half of the brand I've been eating.

They are fresh, crunchy and flavorful. The only 2 ingredients in the bag are Pumpkin Seeds and Portuguese Sea Salt. These make a great afternoon snack and as always, pumpkin seeds are fun.
