This review is from: Edgar Cayce on Angels, Archangels, and the Unseen Forces (Paperback)
This writer has done a superb job in his research and writing. I have many of the books endorsed by A.R.E. on Edgar Cayce's topics and readings. This is one of the top 10. If you are interested in the subject of Angels get it. It puts those other lovey-dovey oogly-boogly angel books to shame. This is good solid information. It was so good that I went back and looked for other books by the author afterwards. Thank you very much for your efforts Mr. Grant!

Fantastic book,
This review is from: Edgar Cayce on Angels, Archangels, and the Unseen Forces (Paperback)
This book is fantastic for anyone of any religion who is interested in spiritual and unseen matters. Whether you're a taoist or a pentacostle, you'll be at home in the pages of this text. I couldn't believe that it was written the way it was written when I first spotted it in a store and read it. It is so spot on on so many levels that it's amazing. This text is extremely authoritative, and from what I understand, it's got a lot of things right.

Same book repackaged...,
This review is from: Edgar Cayce on Angels, Archangels, and the Unseen Forces (Paperback)
This is a wonderful book. Be aware that this is the exact same book as "Are We Listening to the Angels" also by Robert J. Grant. I didn't realized that and was excited to see he had written another one--so I thought. Someone will be getting a nice book about angels as a gift in their near future is all I can say!

One of the Best Books I've Ever Read,

This was truly one of the best books I've ever read. The author really did an awesome job at organizing and presenting a lot of good, solid information to the reader. There are a lot of pearls of wisdom in this book - - - it just validates a LOT of info, not just on angels, but he also touches on the new earth and the new heaven and the mass raising of our consciousness and in a peaceful and unfearful manner. This book is a gem!!

This is one of the best books on angels that you'll probably ever find. I'm a big fan of Edgar Cayce but reading his own words is a little confusing at times. Thank goodness there are people like Robert J. Grant to interpret Cayce's works for us. This book is truly uplifting. The first chapter starts out with We Are Not Alone. Using people who have had near-death experiences to show us what it's like on the other side, coupled with Cayce's work really makes this book a cut above other angel books. Cayce proved himself with his medical cures and so I feel that his work really comes from a higher place.
So here are the chapters laid out: 1. We are not along 2. Chosen by an angel 3. The archangel Michael 4. The Lord of Karma 5. The Angel Hierarchy 6. Satan and his fallen angels 7. The angelic promise 8. the book of Revelation and the angels within 9. our beloved guardian angels Grant really does his research with this book and it's almost like reading a textbook, (though hardly dry and boring) what angels are, what they do, and who Adam was. When Adam saw the plight of his fellow angels who'd lost themselves in the material world, he decided that he would follow the same path to show his brothers and sisters a way out. He took 144,000 fellow angels with him and they all started reincarnating, with Jesus being the last incarnation, where he made it all the way back home to God. Great job of researching, and a fascinating read.

You must get past the opening chapter when the author uses some questionable A + B = C ( just because). However, having said that- I cannot recommend this book highly enough. There are life concepts in this book that I have never considered and have changed my life dramatically. The take away--- We are one with God, our desires and words have the power to create for good or for evil. Were mankind to channel his desires away from the self-self-materialistic way- the world our true desires would create would be heaven on earth. As we all have the power to create, we all have the responsibility not to create evil. Read the book, it is time well spent and may even make a difference. It did for me.

I've read a number of books on Angels but "Edgar Cayce on Angels, Archangels and the Unseen Forces" is just what I've needed, but didn't think I'd ever find. The author, Robert J. Grant, includes a wide selection of references in addition to Cayce, whose work is the main focus.
Included, are accounts from people who had angelic interventions, NDE's, and healings; but the most interesting part is Grant's descriptions of Cayce's readings on the Book of Revelation. It seems this mysterious book can be understood in an inner sense with the number seven referring to the seven chakras. Very interesting and hopeful.
