Anything in Cayce's own words is great, but..., April 18, 2001
This review is from: Edgar Cayce on the Reincarnation of Famous People: Mind Body Spirit (A.R.E. Membership Series) (Paperback)
Anything written in Cayce's own words is fascinating to read, as he is considered one of the greatest psychic/prophets of the twentieth century. This book is especially of interest because out of the many, many readings Edgar Cayce did during his lifetime(this lifetime anyway!), here are the ones in which he read for "average" people who were famous in another lifetime (in rare cases, famous in more than one other lifetime). That being said, what this book lacks is how those being read for lived the rest of their lives after their readings, and consequently how they compared to their "famous" past lives (similarities, mistakes, behaviors, etc.) Of course the reader realizes that many people who were read for did not always come back for consequent readings, those numbers of people even fewer realizing the small number of people who had famous previous lifetimes, but it is still almost disappointing in a way not to know and to wonder. As I initially stated, any literature in Cayce's own words is fascinating, however if I were not a "die-hard" Cayce fan, I might choose one of the myriad of other Cayce titles with which to begin reading about Edgar Cayce.
