The Edgar & Ellen franchise just keeps growing, from multiple book series featuring the troublemaking Gothy twins to a popular TV cartoon to board games, and now, to comics. Mimicking the frantic lunacy of rapid-fire TV animation, this collection presents a dizzying array of short bits from different writers and artists, ranging from zany one-pagers to a more cohesive story that pits the twins against their archnemeses in a water park. There’s probably not much here for general comics readers, especially those uninitiated into the twins’ world, but their sizable fan base will gobble this right up and have a fine time at it.
