This review is from: Edgar Rice Burroughs Tarzan: The Jesse Marsh Years Volume 2 (Hardcover)
I grew up reading these comics. Jesse Marsh's art while seeming stiff, really worked for the stories. He also drew all The Gene Autry comic books for Dell. I Later came to see how similar Marsh's use of blacks in his art was very similar to Milton Caniff's Terry & The Pirates drawings...I loved these stories 60 years ago and the whole series is worth reading and collecting. It will also refresh your memories of the language of the great apes...enjoy
