If you like stylized, precise, FM radio type performances, this DVD isn't for you. If you like energized, incredibly talented musicians striving to please their live audience (Edgar Winter and Rick Derringer are HUGELY popular in Japan) by wringing every note out of their instruments, then this DVD is a must. Edgar Winter shows his multi-instrumental talents with extended solos on sax, keyboards and drums, while Rick Derringer, the most underrated guitarist in rock and roll, by far, shows his speed and versatility (he was playing Van Halen type solo's before Eddie was even heard of - check out 'All American Boy'). Backed by a very young and very talented group of musicians, this DVD will really blow you away. So crank it up and enjoy, you'll be amazed!

I'm a huge Edgar Winter fan, and a huge Rick Derringer fan... but this performance seems a bit contrived. The sound and video are good, but both performers strike me as "going through the motions" to get another product on the shelves.

If you're a die hard fan, definitely go for it. However, if you're new to either of these artists, and want to hear them at their absolute peak, check out "Roadwork", which is Edgar Winter's White Trash, featuring Jerry LaCroix and Rick Derringer, with a special appearance from Johnny Winter. This, to my mind, is still the best live album ever recorded. It's a darned shame that it was recorded way too early for video to become feasible, I would have loved to have seen these performances as well as hear them.

What an awesome display of good ol Rock & Roll. Rick and Edgar tear up the stage. The whole group is tight and in your face. Pure energy !!! What a refreshing concert. Great video and sound.Crank it up and hang on You need to add this to your collection whether your a Rick or Edgar Fan.
