Edge Of Glass,
By L Murphy (Ireland) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Edge of Glass (Paperback)
Really enjoyed this... found it easier to read than some of Gaskins other books have been. Sometimes Gaskins characters can be a bit on the cold side to be honest, but the lead character in this, Maura, is very likable.
Maura's mother Blanche has died recently. Blaches partner and Maura are left to run her antique shop. Maura is unaware that her mother has family in Ireland, when a stranger breaks a vase in the antique shop she is unaware that he is about to change her life forever. One of Gaskins better books, enjoy. |
