A melodically, lyrically, lovely, sensual song. You literally "see" the vignette play out before your eyes as vocal artistry masterfully manipulates your emotions___ and you are hooked.

The craving for an intimate connection is so well explored in the lyrics, you really empathize (many of us have been there), and sympathize (that sexy sexy voice seduces you to feel and care), with this desperate situation.

So, much so, that at the end... you are pretending...thinking in your head (as if he were singing to you)....I probably shouldn't...but let me pick up the phone and tell him that I am on my way!

My advice to the previous reviewer who has only downloaded this song.....go on and take a chance on "Assassin", "Perfectly Lonely", or "Friends, Lovers,or Nothing". You won't be disappointed :)

This track is why I love JM. Lots of instrumental real music interwoven with lyrics. Love the flow of this song.

Edge of desire is soooo raw, so good

"Edge of Desire" is the only song off the album that I've downlaoded so far. Great voice and lyrics. Worth buying.
