ONLY ON THE THIRD PAGE INSIDE THE BOOK DID I DISCOVER THAT THIS BOOK IS ABOUT MUSHROOMS IN BRITAIN AND EUROPE. I DO NOT KNOW ITS VALIDITY IN NORTH AMERICA. THE TITLE SHOULD HAVE MADE IT CLEAR THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA COVERED.
