I don't know much about wireless card . So I consult my friend about all this "N seris" " G seris" . what are these ? He said 11G is good for me because it's 54mbps data rates ,and my comcast internet is only 15mbps . It's like more than enough , so why waste the money on a N card ? I have used this card for 1 year . So far it works as good as new . Never had a connection problem , except for once or twice ,then I found out it was because of the comcast cable modem I was using . Before I use this card , I mainly used ethernet cable to connect to a router 'cos I thought that would give me full speed internet . In order to make this work , I bought a 50 inches cable so that I can connect it from the router in the living room to my computer in the bedroom . Yes it was awkward . This 7128G card totally set me free ! and I cannot even feel the difference of downloading speed comparing with the lan connection . I think I 'll never use ethernet cable again . lol

Verified Purchase
Installed in two computers, one from Amazon and one from Newegg.
They are inexpensive and work fine. Internet and home network were set up with minimum hassle. You can safely ignore the included special utilities. Windows XP and Win 7 should have all the drivers you need.
The one I've been using for a year is still in great condition and never had an issue. Shame more expensive network cards arent this good.
