I've never come across anything quite like them as a way to prepare for the grammar section of standardized tests and to teach careful proofreading and editing.

Love these workbooks. We like to use these workbooks along with our other curriculum to reinforce our writing skills. Great check to see if the kids can recognize the "errors" in writing. They are fun too.

I like the educational, interesting passages. However, it does not give examples of using editing marks-instead, it says to write the corrections on the area below. I like scholastic editing paragraph warm-ups better because they're easier to correct as a class. Also, the scholastic weekly warm-ups are about one topic perr week so that students can learn much at the same time.
