Eduardo Verastegui is truley gifted. He has the ability to sing, to act, to melt womens' hearts, and not only that, he's very down to earth. His self-titled cd is a work of art. His voice is very romantic and suthing that it just melts my heart just listening to him. The dance tracks are perfect for parties and the ballad tracks are perfect for relaxing to them. This is a fun cd. The more you hear this cd, the better you'll like it. God truley spent a little more time on this guy. =). The music industry hasn't heard the last of Eduardo Verastegui nor it never will. (...)

I had previewed some of the songs before buying it and i thought the music and Eduardo's Voice was good, but i never thought it was this great!! It has some great songs and his voice is very soft and romantic and the best thing is you can listen to it again and again and don't get tired of it. This has become one of my favorites CDs and it is truly a great start for this talented artist, i am sure we will be seeing much more of him in the future.

I must admit, I really had no idea that Eduardo Verastegui could sing. I came to his television works rather late, enjoying his youthful irresponsibility in the Galavision telenovela "Sonadores", and his rather stellar yet disturbing dual roles as Emiliano and Mauro in "Alma Rebelde". He conveys his roles well, proof positive that there can indeed be the "artistic trinity", as he can look good, act good, and after listening to the CD, sound good.

My favorite on the CD is "Por la falta de tu Amor". Offering something decent to listen to when you get tired of the genre pushing the likes of Ricky and Marc, it is nice to see the dark horse ride up to the microphone.

As I said, "Emiliano" does good.

I really enjoyed this self-titled CD by Eduardo Verastegui. The songs are a mix of romantic ballads and fast-tempo dance numbers; all the lyrics are in Spanish. Verastegui has a pleasant voice; he sounds a bit like a cross between Ricky Martin and Luis Miguel.

The CD gets off to a sweeping, romantic start with the ballad "Yo No Se Perder." Another romantic selection is "Por Ti," which sounds like it could have come off one of the CDs in Luis Miguel's "Romance" trilogy. Another nice ballad is "Por la falta de tu Amor" (Verastegui sounds strikingly similar to Ricky Martin in his performance on that song). Of the fast-tempo songs, I particularly liked "Baila." "Las Luces de la Ciudad" has a disco beat.

Another good fast-tempo selection is "Tequila," which features strong guitar and horn arrangements. Verastegui gives a particularly strong vocal performance on "Tequila": sexy and slyly playful. This is a very enjoyable CD from a performer with great potential.

I was not that impressed on first listening to this album, but with repeated playings, this has become a favorite of mine. He has chosen his material well, and the tracks written by Estefano are especially good. I think those who know him as an actor will be pleasantly suprised by this very good first album; and if he continues to choose his material as well as he did here, more will be heard from this promising newcomer.

You might know this star shined too in J'lo's her video-clip ";";Ain't It Funny";"; as the impressive charismatic Gypsy-dancer, with shining emerald green eyes. Beautiful Eduardo. Admired in 200 countries, he is a huge, formidable artist.His music uplifts the soul, it posesses magic powers to make the ";";Inner Sun";"; inside you shines brighter, with is the indication real good music is here at hand to enjoy.Buy it and try! What a beautilful voice! I'm so glad I heard about the cd and downloaded it! Wow.

I don't know what happened but poor Eduardo has dissapeared off the face of the earth! where is the second album? the mans a GENIUS. Groovy voice and such a looker. Well Vivo la locura was an okay song. Did I mention he has a slight hip? And he's a looker?

Not on the album cover sadly, who's idea was it to use 46 Opale-Rose Max Factor (long lasting no less!) lip gloss on him? He looks RIDICULOUS.
