Learn how the financial reforms that the Reagan administration enacted were eventually subverted by Washington insiders. I cannot recommend this book enough. Straight forward and too the point.

What a great insight into the failings of politics in the United States. Fairly non-partisan way to approach the subject, well written, brilliant piece of journalistic writing. I am a libertarian, lean republican on some matters and dem on others, and this book casts a shameful spotlight on the partisan political process that hampers progress in this country, and likely others as well.
