Excellent CD!! The matching video is great! Songs YOU can listen to and not get a migraine!!! The video is my kid's favorite!! (Ages 3&6 )

We first heard Joe Scruggs Deep in the Jungle on TLC shorttakes. I immediately looked it up on Amazon. The crocodile song isthe best. My four year old listens to it over and over. It gets stuck in my head til I fall asleep. We've actually bought two tapes. My two year old daughter destroyed the first one and we IMMEDIATELY had to log on to order a replacement. The Skateboard song is great too. The kids get really excited when the videos come on TLC now since they know the words. END

My kids (ages 3 & 4) reequest this CD at every meal! The tunes are unique and catchy. My kids love Deep in the Jungle, Aunt Lucy and Old MacDonald. My favorite is By the Way - a song to which mothers can relate! Even after listening to this CD OVER and OVER again we never tire of it. I recommend it to anyone!!!

Deep in the Jungle is my favorite Joe Scruggs CD, although they are all fabulous. My favorite songs (being Mom) are By the Way and Skateboard. Hilarious! The kids love them too. Of course the kids like the title song but their other favorites are Put your Thumb in the Air and Rock and Roll McDonald Had a Farm. We just love Joe Scruggs and have ALL his CD's

When I was a little kid, my mother bought this on tape for my brother and me (it wasn't on CD then). I'm now 21 and still love all of these songs. We lost are tapes years ago, when my brother and I were teens, and never replaced them because we did not know that Joe Scruggs was still around. When I started to babysit and mentioned his name, I was shocked that my employer knew who he was. It was so fun to listen to all of the songs again.
My favorites were, and still are, Deep in the Jungle and Bahamas Pajamas (other CD). I loved Deep in the Jungle so much that when I was in an elementary after school program with my brother we put a skit together with this song and lip-synched to the song. We won first prize in the talent show.
This is one of the greatest CDs that you will ever buy for your children. When I become a mother (some day) I am definitely giving this to my children. The best part is that it's fun for the parents too. My mother listened to it just as much a we did, and she loved it. Even she still talks about it. I recommend this to anyone, young or old. Enjoy it!!

It has really cute music! This is a real hit, especially with younger children! Even though I am older I like the music still too! It is great!

This CD saved me at times. I am a parent who loves childrens songs, but can grow tired from listening to them over and over. Joe Scruggs, Jeep In the Jungle is a CD that my two girls and I can listen to over and over, and it still makes me smile. It is the greatest childrens CD in my opinion. That is why I can't believe it is not included on the top 50 childrens CD's. It is a shame because I am sure this CD and Joe Scruggs' other CD's would gladdly be appreciated by other parents who also can grow tired of sugary sweet childrens CD's out there. His sense of humor is very quirky, but still not offensive or demeaning. I love the way he looks at the world seemingly through a childs eyes. Please look into putting this CD on that top 50 childrens CD's. If I could do it, it would be number 1.

The tunes are great, my two year old enjoys them and the words are entertaining to adults and children alike. A MUST BUY!

I'm a children's librarian and this CD is my all-time favorite since I discovered it 14 years ago! These are songs with humor and heart, with outstanding arrangements to boot. Great to listen to and even more fun to sing along. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Imagine traveling cross country with four kids. Imagine listening to kids' songs over and over. Relax. Here's an artist who lyrics are actually intelligent! Both the adults and the kids in the cross-country trip sang along to Joe's be-boppin' tunes and witty words -- again and again (and, unlike some of the CDs that made the trip, this one didn't get hidden behind the couch when we got back).
