Nice selection of fonts and a very thourough manual. A bit complicated at first, but once you get the hang of it, quite helpful for making handwriting worksheets.

I ordered the downloadable fonts so that I could customize D'Nealian cursive worksheets. However, the D'Nealian cursive fonts are not included with the version I purchased. Only D'Nealian manuscript is included, but they don't tell you that in the ad. I immediately called and emailed upon receipt that I needed to return the product, but I cannot get them to call back after 7 days of consistently calling and emailing. They never answer the phone, so you have to just leave a message each time. Since I can't get them to call me or email, I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company, which is really a hassle. I would never order anything from this company. There are lots of font companies out there, and most of them have a better selection anyway.
