I recently purchased these letter/number magnets for my son's third birthday. He loves them, and so far they have held up well.
Pros:
- The letters are a great size for small hands. They are also easier to find when it's time to put them away. We have a 5-month old who will soon be getting into her brother's toys, so it was important to find letters that were larger and thus less likely to pose a hazard.
- There is a nice assortment of letters, numbers, and even math symbols (plus, minus, equals, and question mark). I like that there are additional lowercase letters for those that are used more often. The set contains a total of 100 pieces.
- I love that the letters come in their own storage tub. The lid on this tub does not come off easily, so you will need to help your child open it. I find this to be a good thing as I can control when he is able to play with the letters and thus do not have them constantly strewn about the house.
Cons:
- The price can be a con. It seems to fluctuate for this item; we lucked out and purchased these when the price had dropped a few dollars.

We had gotten other magnetic letters before and been really disappointed by the size. The size of these letters is perfect for our little one who's just learning her letters. They are well made, colorful and has strong enough magnets to keep their positions on the fridge. Overall, great set!

Good for a toddler
The size of alphabets and numbers makes these suitable for my 18 month old daughter. This appeared to be biggest size available. These stick well on a magnetic whiteboard.
