This tool should be a must have item for any primary grade level teacher. I purchased a Hot Dot Pen and a Beginning Consonant card set for my kindergarten class and they LOVE it! It's so easy to use, it's durable, and it's a great way for students to monitor their own progress.

I ordered this pen for my son to go with his hot dots flash cards. It is a great way for him to practice his computation skills and offers opportunity to self correct instead of looking at the correct answer. He enjoys the fun noises and it is quiet enough so it doesn't disturb others in the room.
