2.0 out of 5 stars No help from tech, Old encyclopedia, Dissappointed!, July 23, 2004
This review is from: Educator's Choice Math & Science Excelerator Grades 3-6 plus bonus World Book Encyclopedia CD (CD-ROM)
This seems like a pretty good math game for my son. So far I've only used the Math, Multiplication and Division. There seems to be no possible way to see how he's been doing on the game though. I e-mailed the tech (and after a run around of web sites I was told to go to) and he e-mailed me back a note that just said, "I don't believe that!". That's the extent of the help I got, thanks very much, he never e-mailed me back when I asked him what it was, exactly, that he couldn't believe and asked how to get into the parent part of the game (again).
The encyclopedia, which was free, was last years cd and isn't compatable with my computer (mac) so I tried to sell it on e-bay (for 99 cents) with no takers. Worthless.
Needless to say I'll never buy from Topics again as I have to know how my children are doing on the educational games I give them, otherwise it's worth nothing to me or them at all. Luckily there are a lot of other educational software manufacturers out there!
